Estimates will be based on the statement of work created during the definition phase.
Estimates are fixed price. This means that if there are no changes in the scope of the project, the initial cost quoted to you will be what you pay.
Change Orders - If additional scope is added to the website project that will cause the price to exceed the estimate, the client will approve the change in writing before any work is completed. There will be no price surprises when the work is complete.
Base Rate used to calculate price is $65/hour.
The estimates do not include hosting costs. The most cost effective hosting that meets your requirements will be set up.
